Hello Fellow Penguins! Club Penguin parties are very important to Club Penguin. They are what makes Club Penguin, well, Club Penguin. Parties have been part of Club Penguin since the very beginning. Club Penguin has had a load of parties over the years, but sadly, some of those parties have never came back. Below is my list of 5 parties I think should come back. #5 - April Fools Party The April Fools Party was Club Penguin's goofiest party. The last April Fools party was in 2012 and wasn't, in my opinion, very fun. The only four regular rooms decorated were the Town, Plaza, Snow Forts and Box Dimension. It was just a huge letdown for me. But, the previous April Fools parties were all golden! My favorite decorated room from this party was the Forest, basically because it was upside down, which was pretty cool. There were other awesome decorated rooms, too - such as the Recycling Plant (aka the 'Spinning Arrow Room'), Dance Club, Ice Berg and Town (I loved the invisible buildings). The party had it all - the fun, goofiness, creativeness, etc. I would love for this party to come back this year... as long as it isn't like the 2012 edition. #4 - St. Patrick's Day Party Although I've never been to a St. Patrick's Day party, I've heard positive reviews on it. And judging by the YouTube videos I've watched, it turns out those positive reviews were right. The last St. Patrick's Day party was back in 2009. During this party, all of Club Penguin's buildings were painted green - which is my favorite color, btw. There were four-leaf clovers scattered everywhere (especially the Dock), Leprechauns waddling around the island, a big pot of gold at the Ski Hill, and even a parade! It would be awesome to see this party return this year! #3 - Music Jam The last Music Jam party was in the summer of 2011, and boy was it good. Although I thought the previous Music Jam was better, the last Music Jam still put smiles on faces. Sadly, the Music Jam was replaced with the 'Ultimate Jam' party in 2012. Then, in 2013, the Ultimate Jam was replaced with the 'Summer Jam'. Although both of those parties were pretty good, the Music Jam was better! It had music, dancing, more music and even more dancing. Mascots, such as the Penguin Band and Cadence, also visited the island. It was a fantastic party, and I would love to hear the two words "Music" and "Jam" put together in Club Penguin this year. #2 - Camp Penguin Camp Penguin has to be, according to the videos I've watched, one of the best parties in Club Penguin history. It was, obviously, a camping party that was held on the Club Penguin island in August 2007. Of course, I wasn't a member of the Club Penguin island back when this party was held, but I've watched plenty of videos about the party to know what I'm talking about. Camp Penguin looked orginal, creative and most importantly, fun! During the party, you could have a picnic at the Dock, throw a food fight at the Pizza Parlor, roast marshmallows at the Cove and much more! Sadly, this party will probably never be brought back. But if it did, I would be surprised and happy at the same time. #1 - Water Party The Water Party was a party that took place back in the summer of 2007 and 2008. The Water Party is one of those parties that many players want Club Penguin to bring back. And by the many pictures and videos I've viewed, I would mark out badly (yes, I did just say that) if they brought it back. The party looked really fun and, well, "watery". During the party, you threw water balloons instead of snow balls. During the 2008 edition, the iceberg was completely replaced with a huge inflatable whale. Now who wouldn't like that?! In the 2007 edition, the Underground Pool was closed because a crab broke one of the windows, causing the cave to flood. Club Penguin decided to use the water flowing into the cave to throw a water party, and thus, that's how the Water Party was born. If only that little crab would break an underground window again this year... Well, the pretty much wraps this post up! So, which past Club Penguin party(ies) would you like to see Club Penguin bring back? Let me know in the comments section!

Hello penguins!
Welcome to my CP blog! This is my newest Club Penguin blog, that has nothing to do with Club Penguin cheats. Instead of cheats, you'll be seeing Club Penguin reviews, opinions, top 5 lists, posts like that on here. Some of my posts you'll agree on, some you won't. (Which is alright.) By the way, I'm Wwerocks88. You might know me from Twitter, gpumpkincp.com or my old Club Penguin cheats blog. (Club Penguin Cheats with Wwerocks88) I mainly hang out on server Big Foot, so if you want to meet me (which you probably don't, lol), you can find me there. This blog has been opened to everyone for more than a year, I've just never really posted on it. That's about to change, because I'm going to be pretty active on here. I actually have 7 posts waiting to be published! You can read my first non-holiday/birthday post by clicking here! (I was planning to publish this post before that one, but I accidentally hit the wrong button and published that post before this one. Oops. :P) See you in my next post! ~Wwerocks88, follow me on Twitter at @Wwerocks88CP It's on Twitter. It's on YouTube. It's even on Club Penguin itself. The one little sentence that annoys me the most - "Disney ruined Club Penguin". Good Lord, every time someone says that I just want to repeatedly bang my head up against the wall. "Disney ruined Club Penguin". It's funny, because I always thought Disney helped Club Penguin. Here, let me explain - if it wasn't for Disney, this little online world you love to play probably wouldn't be here right now. Oh, it's true. It's dang true. You know, there's a reason why New Horizon Interactive sold Club Penguin to Disney - because their virtual world was getting too big for them to handle. Club Penguin started with 15,000 players, and by March of 2006, that number reached up to 1.4 million! By the time Club Penguin was two years old, it had reached 3.9 million players! That's impressive! As Club Penguin grew, it attracted people from foreign countries, whose language was not supported in the game. Disney helped Club Penguin add those languages that weren't supported so foreigners could join the fun. Disney also helped Club Penguin get more employees, which was needed because as the virtual world got bigger, it needed more moderators, customer support employees, etc. There are other good things Disney did for Club Penguin, too. Toys are an example of this. Disney helped Club Penguin launch their very first toy line. Yes, that means before Disney bought Club Penguin, there were no plush toys. You guys do love Club Penguin plush toys, right? Right. Disney has done a lot of good things for Club Penguin. Sure, they've done some not so good things, too. Like takeovers. I'll admit, I hate the idea of takeovers, but if you look at how many new players takeovers attract, you'd keep having them too.
Here's a little quick story I want to share with all of you - I was on Club Penguin once and found a big crowd of people in the Town complaining about how Disney ruined CP. I decided to check some of their stamp books, to see when their first pin was collected, and I literally started laughing a little bit. Why? Judging by the pins in their stamp book, most of the people complaining joined Club Penguin AFTER Disney bought it! Hardly any of the complainers joined CP before Disney took over. Now, new players complaining, but hardly any old players complaining? That doesn't sound right. Seriously, be happy Club Penguin is still here, because if Disney hadn't bought it, like I said above, it probably wouldn't still be here. Disney is helping Club Penguin, not ruining it. I hope I got my point clear. Now, it's your turn. Do you agree with me when I say Disney is helping Club Penguin? Why or why not? The comments section is down below, you know what to do. ;) ~Wwerocks88 Credit to Wikipedia for some of the information. |
